Hello, to any of you Military vehicle owners out there!

Are you looking to sell or trade your rigs or possibly put it to work and start a new business for yourself?

We are offering some experiences located in remote areas around the United States, as well as some other territories and require four-wheel drive (4X4) or better (6X6, 8X8, Sherpa, Unimog, Tank Tracked vehicle?) to access the locations.

We would like your military rig for good use both for business, promotion, fund raisers, children's event, Veterans services, parades, historical events and tours.

TO sell your truck to us, at this time we are only looking to trade with you or to set up a payment plan that benefits you and I both (cash and or trade is available for either purchase or financed options, even for downpayments).
If trading, I will give equal or greater value of your trade (example, not set numbers: you want more trade than cash in the deal and I will give you 120% of the value in trade plus cash deal, but if you want just trade, example would be 100% trade, but I trade you at least 150% or more in value to you meaning if you want $5,000, you get $7,500 worth in trade, or we agree on $10,000 and you get $15,000 in trade value).
I'm reasonable, open to negotiating and am sure that we can come to an agreement on something if you are interested.

Available items for trade or combination of items are:

1. Access (in form of a prepaid lease to you, time, frequency determined by value of your trade or our agreement) to one or several recreational areas including campsites, gold mines, mining claims, with or without cabins I will even entertain sublet options so you can make money from them if you desire, or use this for family, friend, or business retreats. Areas: California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, with more locations being added.

2. An opportunity to stay in a remote mining cabin built in 1893, possible hunting trip or remote exploration. Area: Arizona, Nevada Date built unknown

3. Special Opportunity (for the right trade) to stay near a state park lake/ reservoir for boating fishing in private cabin for your family (many weeks can be reserved separately, quarterly throughout the year, Invaluable-restricted access to these cabins). Area: Nevada

4. Give you one, possible two separate mining claim leases with full mining and camping rights for long term holdings of one - three years. Areas: Nevada, Arizona

5. Trade a portion of value to you in silver and gold bullion, coins, bars, rounds, etc. Trade in person, at a Private or at a public Bullion exchange depending on the amount or for you to verify authenticity if desired.

6. Dry Trailer Camping or Motor home camping, Possible long term, on timed lease in Nevada, more areas coming like Texas, Arizona, Utah, Colorado, Main, Canada, California, Washington, Arkansa, South Dekota, Montana and more.

7. Trade advertising space on my web of internet domains, traffic, direct advertising on camping, mining, tourism, vacation rental, Auction, Entertainment, Business & Finances and income websites.

8. I also have a couple of project vehicles, some people are interested in so I'll mention here just in case. 1. 2005 Subaru Forester XT Lots of new parts. 2. 1989 Limited 2 Door Jeep Cherokee XJ performance 4.0L inline 6 cylinder. Both vehicles need some work but open to trading in a deal if someone is interested.

If you have a military vehicle or off road vehicle that you would like to put to work instead of selling it or just letting it sit to rod in your barn or field, we may just have an option for you. Bonus and possibly more money for you is if you like the outdoors, know of your local "sweet spots" (Nice camping, rivers, lakes, mountains, desert, mining cliff, ruins) to explore and can guide people along for a group adventure. You would get to handle your local area or the spots that you can travel to and know well enough to safely guide others along the way. Expertise includes basic to advanced hiking, survival, first aid (can take a training course) or willing to learn.
You can become an owner / operator of your own business and vehicle or just own the vehicle and rent or lease it out to us, our customers, and or our own independent tour guides.
