Looking for old, unused, low-value cellphones

A friend of mine recently had an episode where she broke down, attempted suicide by overdose, and in the process lost her phone. She's kind of in a pinch right now waiting for a bed in treatment with nowhere else to go, but I think having a phone is so important now that I would feel irresponsible if I didn't help her get one.
